After Brexit and if the UK is subject to an Association Agreement that covers collaboration in Science and innovation, could the ECDC clarify if this would satisfy the terms of the procurement procedure as outlined in Section 1.3 of the tender specification?

Unfortunately, it is not known what agreements will be put in place. However, please be aware that after the UK's withdrawal from the EU, the rules of access to EU procurement procedures of economic operators established in third countries will apply to tenderers from the UK depending on the outcome of the negotiations. In case such access is not provided by legal provisions in force tenderers from the UK could be rejected from the procurement procedure.
