1) Is it correct that only 1 individual translator is to be named for each lot? 2) Our company employs several inhouse translators covering the language combination of one spedific lot. Is it correct that these translators cannot be named as individual translators, because only 1 individual translator can be named per lot? 3) Our company works with freelance translators. Are freelance translators considered to be subcontractors?

1): Yes, only one named individual translator can be proposed by a tenderer for each lot. 2): Yes, only one named individual translator can be proposed by a tenderer per lot. 3): Yes, freelance translators are considered to be subcontractors. If the proposed named individual translator declared in annex XI is a subcontractor of the tenderer, then the tenderer should complete annex VII, Details of the subcontractor.
