Question
We currently evaluate if it possible and suitable for Desktop III to make use of reusable packaging material. In the GTC and Draft Framework contract you state that you will hand over a Certificate of conformity no late than one month after the goods have been delivered. To be able to calculate the reusable packaging scenario we need the commitment that transport material can be picked up no later than 2 months after the Certificate of conformity has been handed over to the contractor. Can you accept this?
