Legal and Regulatory Capacity
In the Declaration of honour on exclusion criteria and selection criteria and on absence of conflict of interest, section VIII, letter a), the tenderers are asked to indicate that they have the “legal and regulatory capacity to pursue the professional activity needed for performing the contract as required in section [insert] of the tender specifications”. However, neither the Terms of Reference nor the Instructions to Tenderers appear to include any reference to the “legal and regulatory capacity”. Could you please clarify?

The section VIII of the Declaration has 3 options to choose: YES, NO and N/A. Thus, if it is not included as a requirement there is the option of N/A to choose as an answer.
