As stated in section 3 of the "Instruction to tender": Subcontracting is allowed. If the tenderer intends to subcontract one or more parts of the contracted services, this must be clearly stated in the Organisation and Methodology and the Tender submission form. Can you confirm that the tenderer could state only the activities that intends to subcontract (and not necessarily the name of the entity) in the Organisation and Methodology? Otherwise, can you clarify in which section of the "Annex I Tender submission form" should be indicated the name of subcontractors?
