Is this sentence means that we have to register somewhere prior to submit the tender and if yes, where? "The follow-up to responses to the invitation to submit a tender will entail the registration and processing of personal data (e.g. name, address, CV)." Or this is only to register for eTendering to ask questions? Thank you

Point 10 of chapter 1 of the Invitation to tender and conditions for submitting a tender does not require any registration on the part of the tenderer and informs tenderers of their rights under the Regulation on data protection.
