Following the tender specification at page 24 it is mentioned: -Criterion B3: Experts in development of IT solution -Criterion B4: Experts in event management We wonder how many experts should the consultant provide for the above mentioned positions, in case the consultant will convey that one for each position will be enough thus will have any negative consequence on the team evaluation?

Indeed the TS do not require a specific number of experts, but the selection criteria require that there is at least one IT expert (for the website and online courses) and one expert on event management. Besides this minimum, it is up to the tendered to consider how many experts they need to carry out the work. And this is part of the design of the tender, to be evaluated against the award criteria.
