Article II.4.4. of the GC imposes the obligation on the Contractor to obtain any permit or license required in the State where the services are to be provided. However, the Contractor can only commit to obtain such permits and/or licenses where it is a Mobile Network Provider – which, for the services to be provided under the FWC, is Germany. Contractor cannot take responsibilities for the permits and/or licenses that are necessary for the provision of the services to be provided outside of Germany utilizing its partner’s Mobile Networks. Do we rightly assume that the obligation in Article II.4.4 of the GC is restricted to the permits and/or licenses necessary for the provision of services in Germany?
