Article II.8.4
According to Article II.8.4 of the GC, the contractor must obtain from any natural person (…) a commitment that they will comply with Article II.8.4.. In addition, at the request of the contracting authority, the Contractor must provide a document providing evidence of this commitment. Do we rightly assume that this obligation is fulfilled if such obligation is part of the individual’s employment agreement (natural persons) or the respective subcontracting agreement (natural persons)?

Yes, your assumption is correct. However, it will be up to the Agency to assess whether the details of the respective individual’s employment agreement (natural persons) or the respective subcontracting agreement adequately reflect the fulfillment of this obligation.
