Will you publish the tender specifications in English as well?

The tender documentation is published only in French. However, upon formal request we will publish the documentation in English. The publication of the documentation in English requires a translation delay of the documents between 4 and 6 weeks which will impose the prolongation of the submission date with the equivalent time. For this reason and in order to avoid an useless delay in the procedure, we recommend to consult the documentation in French or to assure internally its translation in another language.
