'Exclusion criteria' we should also upload Annex 4. Please could you confirm if our understanding is correct?

The two declarations of honour files, Annex 4 (exclusion criteria) and Annex 5 (selection criteria) should be uploaded only one time. If you cannot upload them separately, you can submit the two annexes as a zip file as suggested in our previous reply.
