Terms of references, section 1.1.6 A)
For task 1, the first sentence says: “Establish contact with stakeholders that have an interest in industrial symbiosis in one of the following sectors; chemicals, construction, waste & waste treatment and steel”. Should we understand it that while each stakeholder could have an interest in one of the sectors, the total pool of the stakeholder should cover all listed sectors. In other words, the focus should not be on contacting stakeholders that are interested in one sector only. Could you please clarify?

We confirm that all listed sectors are to be covered. To clarify the tender specifications, sentence “Establish contact with interested stakeholders that have an interest in industrial symbiosis in one of the following sectors; chemicals, construction, waste & waste treatment and steel.” in section 1.1.6 – main tasks of the contractor, has been modified as follows: “Establish contact with interested stakeholders that have an interest in industrial symbiosis in the following sectors; chemicals, construction, waste & waste treatment and steel.” (please see updated version of the tender specifications).
