Regarding the Archives and Document Management Senior Professional profile, could you provide some clarifications on the following point: - On page 1 of the Appendix S01 – Staff Profiles, it reads: “University Degree in Information, Archives or Document Management (BAC +5)”. - We understand that the “BAC +5” indication refers to a university Master degree, in line with the current Bachelor (3 years) and Master (2 years) structure. - However, more senior staff may have acquired their University degree in previous structures leading to a university level degree in less than 5 years. In Belgium for instance, a “Candidature” of 2 years was followed by a “Licence” of 2 years. • We understand that these senior profiles having acquired university degrees in previous systems are eligible to be presented for this tender. Can you confirm our understanding and can we extend your answer to other profiles with similar requirements (Account manager, Information Resources Team Leader)?
