Clarification on I.9.1 a iii-v, b, d-e?
Same goes for II.7.4. about Exclusive rights, does this apply to Lot 2? We think this should not apply to media monitoring, because EEA receives the license to use the service, not ownership of the end results, as in Lot 1.

Please refer to Question18. The EEA will not acquire any exclusive rights on the pre-existing material, but on the results produced under the contract, for instance the periodic summary reports that will provide an analysis of key coverage and results in media and social media.
