To whom it may concern, Regarding the list of major similar contracts (Annex I, page 8), the timings of the requested similar contracts are somewhat confusing. Paragraph 1 states that the tenderer must “have implemented similar contracts for a cumulative amount of EUR 300 000 for Lot 1 and EUR 150 000 for Lot 2 in the past three years (references limited to 5 contracts).” However, the second paragraph of the same section outlines: “The tenderer shall submit a list of similar contracts accompanied by certificates of satisfactory execution, specifying whether they have been carried out in a professional manner and have been fully completed.[…] To be taken into consideration as reference, the implementation of the contracts listed must have started 3 years before the date of publication of this tender procedure.” In summary, does this mean that we need to provide a list of contract signed 3 years before but implemented in the last 3 years for the applicable lots? We would very much appreciate it if you could provide clarification, or an example, regarding the timings of implementation of the requested similar contracts.

As indicated in point 13.2.2 of the Annex I “Tender Specifications”, to be taken into consideration, the implementation of the similar contracts listed by the tenderer must have started after 30 January 2016 and have been fully completed before 29 January 2019
