Yes. Languages are managed by the CMS, so authors are able to add language versions to each page. There are the 3 main languages of the site, which have their own version of the site (EN/FR/DE). There are also secondary languages which can be seen on our country pages, for languages other than the three main languages (EN/FR/DE). The CMS currently allows any language to be added to a page and published.
