Is EIB planning to continue with other on-site consultants/ remote software providers? Or will all development will be done exclusively by the LOT1 provider, alongside the Bank’s team?

All current development is carried under an existing framework agreement that will be coming to an end in 2019. The framework agreements awarded following this call for tenders will replace the above mentioned framework agreement ending in 2019 and the development services covered in this call for tender will take over from those under the existing framework agreement. As specified in this call for tenders, the on-site development in Lot 1 will cover backend, infrastructure and frontend integration development.
