Question details
1.1 The average annual turnover of the contractor for the last three years for which accounts have been closed must be at least 1,000,000 EUR.
Does it mean the whole consortium or the coordinator only? Does the annual turnover include other incomes?

We clarify that “the average annual turnover” relates to the tenderer in case of a sole tenderer, and to the tenderer as a whole, i.e. the combined capacity of all members of a group, in case of a joint bid. The requirement relates to the overall turnover of the tenderer. Please note that according to the technical specifications, 5.2.2. c) a statement of overall turnover and turnover concerning the tasks, supplies or services covered by this contract for the last three financial years is required.
