Reading the tender specifications, it it seems like there is a difference between '360 feedback mechanism' and 'multi-source feedback mechanism'. Would you be able to provide a definition for each of them?

The term “multi-source feedback mechanism” is used as an overall definition for the different feedback mechanisms which may exist; the reference to a “360° feedback mechanism” refers to a feedback mechanism with feedback provided by the manager, peers and subordinates (360°). At the start of the contract, the contractor should be able to provide the Commission with a computer-based 360° feedback mechanism. Depending on its evolving needs, the Commission may decide during the contract to request alternative versions of a multi-source feedback mechanism.
