What is the expected overlap between candidates that join the assessment center, development program and the multi-source feedback mechanism? I.e. to which extent can expect the same candidate to participate to the different activities covered by the framework contract?

In terms of target group, there will be a certain overlap between the assessment centre, the development programme and the multi-source feedback mechanism. Candidates who are appointed to a senior management function, subsequent to their participation in an assessment centre, may become candidates for participation in a development programme and/or a multi-source feedback mechanism. There could also be an overlap between participants in a multi-source feedback mechanism and a development programme. The assessment centre and the multi-source feedback mechanism are both considered as potential entry points for the development programme.
