Scope of the project
On page 9 of the technical specifications, the last paragraph of 2.2 defines the scope of the project as “limited to those MS with nuclear installations..”. The first paragraph in 2.3 talks about “... MS operating NPP-s...”. Kindly confirm that the “MS with Nuclear installations” is meant to be “ MS operating NPPs only”.

In order to achieve consistency between the last paragraph of Section 2.2 and the first paragraph of Section 2.3, the scope maybe considered to be limited to those Member States with operating nuclear power plants. Please note however that Section 2.3 explicitly mentions research reactors and therefore the scope is not limited to power reactors in the concerned Member States.
