Tenders specifications - Section 2.4 Meetings and missions
It seems that only a kick-off meeting is planned during each year of implementation of the project; the other meetings (follow-up/progress meetings) will only be organized if needed. Following your experience, how many follow-up/progress meetings could be considered necessary during each year of implementation? In case a follow-up/progress meeting has to be organized, will it be always held via telephone or video conference (instead of coming to Eurostat’s premises in Luxembourg), or this will be agreed each time?
In addition to the kick-off meeting, there could be 1-2 meetings on an annual basis. Could be arranged as video conferences and/or telephone conferences or on-site visits from Eurostat
