Question
Please clarify if the budget allocated to subcontractors and other members of the join tender are payed directly by the Contracting authority to them. It is not clear to us after reading 1.5, 1.6 and 4.3.2 Thanks

As stated in the draft contract in sections I.5., I.7. and II.21.6., the contractor (or leader of the group in the case of a joint tender) must send an invoice for interim payments and balance payment, as provided for in Article I.5. Payments must be made to the contractor’s (or leader’s, in case of a joint tender) bank account denominated in euro, identified in the contract in section I.7.
