1) Yes, we accept a tender written in french language. 2) ESMA can publish the tender specifications in French. Please note that the translation of the tender specification document has to be done, therefore we need some time before being able to publish it. However, we would like to bring to your attention that all the aspects of this contract must be concluded and executed entirely in English, as it is ESMA’s main working language (including all contract management, contract execution duties, staff communication, etc.). Consider this predominance of the English language in all the steps of the procurement and contractual process. Could you please confirm whether you would like us to publish the tender specifications in French? If so, we invite you to carefully consider that we will not be able to translate any other contractual documents, nor to interact in French with the successful tenderer during the performance of this contract. Concerning the staff resumption, it is not applicable to this open call for tenders.
