‘member name’ in the e-Submission application.’ • Could you please clarify whether evidence documents (Evidence B1-B4) have to be submitted electronically with the tender or only upon request?

As regards selection criteria “Legal and regulatory capacity” (section 4.2.2 of the tender specifications) and “Economic and financial capacity” (section 4.2.3 of the tender specifications), the tenderers are not required to submit the supporting evidence in e-submission along with the tender. The supporting evidence may be requested at a further stage of the procurement procedure by the EU Validation Services. However, as regards selection criteria “Technical and professional capacity” parts A and B (section 4.2.4 of the tender specifications), tenderers are required to submit the supporting evidence in e-submission along with the tender. The supporting evidence requested in section 4.2.4. B. ‘Criteria relating to the team delivering the service’ (B1-B4) shall be submitted with the tender.
