Tender specifications, p.18/19, section 4.2.4. A. ‘Criteria relating to tenderers’, regarding timeframe of Evidences A1-A3
In the ToR, section 4.2.4. A. ‘Criteria relating to tenderers’, you mention in the second paragraph that ‘The project references indicated below consist in a list of relevant services provided in the past three years, with the sums, dates and clients, public or private, accompanied by statements issued by the clients.’ However, Evidence A1 and A2 refer to 10 years and only Evidence A3 to 3 years. • Could you please clarify which timeframe counts for Evidence A1, A2 and A3 respectively?

References for projects delivered in the last 10 years must be provided for evidence A1 and evidence A2 and 3 years for evidence A3.
