In respect to one the goods lift in the delivery location, and on the above noted dates, can the FM Team confirm whether there are any other planned works or moves during these dates that whether we will need share the use of the lift with any other major contractors?

No works are currently planned over Phases 1 and 2. Notification will be given to the Building Manager in Paris that we will require sole use of the lifts for both phases.
