Annex 4, Appendix 1: Technical descriptions for lot 1
Question
In the technical description for lot 1 (Appendix 1 of Annex 4) it is stated that "The service provider will be requested to integrate in the transformational analysis the new practices potentials, while supporting EIB staff in structuring the potential contractual arrangements." Does "supporting EIB staff in structuring the potential contractual arrangements" refer to support activities for e.g. preparation of tender documents for IT vendors such as RfPs (Request for Proposal)? Please advise.

The example given by you can be a part of activities required (but not limited to) from the service provider. However, we expect the service provider to undertake tasks and services in all areas mentioned in the LOT1 TECHINICAL DESCRIPTION.
