4. Our firm intends to rely on the resources of our parent company, and we will accordingly include a Letter of Undertaking of our parent company. Is this sufficient, or should our parent company also complete the full tender submission form?

Entities placing their resources at the disposal of a tenderer need to complete, in addition to the letter of undertaking, the Declaration referred to in point 7 of the Service Tender Submission Form. Entities also need to complete the Declaration on honour on exclusion criteria and selection criteria and on absence of conflict of interest. Both documents are part of Section C – Annex 1.
