Even though it is stated in the specifications that relay translation is accepted in this contract, would direct translation coverage be considered an asset in the tender evaluation?

When using relay languages, please provide all the details as regards the methodology used and please provide the CVs of all the translators involved. There are no additional points offered for using non-relay translation.
