the judicial record requested in AnnexII part VI, it is about the company (tendered) or it refers to the administrator and the persons which assume unilimited liability? For the company it's enough the on line DURC and fiscal DURC and business profile (visura) and certificate chamber of commerce.

Please not that the Annex II - 'Declaration on honour on exclusion criteria and selection criteria' once signed by an authorised person on behalf of trhe bidder, will suffice and no actual evidence is required to be included with your offer. You will note that on page 4 - under the heading 'VI – EVIDENCE UPON REQUEST' it states: "Upon request and within the time limit set by the contracting authority...." Normally we will only request the evidence from the provisionally successful tenderers, before signature of contract.
