Can you please confirm that self declarations signed by the interpreters are acceptable for Frontex in case it is not possibile to get a police/criminal record?

A valid up-to-date non-criminal record pursuant to the national legislation shall be provided for each interpreter/cultural expert proposed in the offer in response to the Request for Services, as stipulated under subsection 9.2.2 of the Terms of Reference.
