We would like to point out that it has been requested to indicate the price in EURO in the offer, where SAE being an American company invoices only in US Dollar. How can we indicate the price in US Dollar?

As indicated at point 3.4 of the published Administrative Annex, the offer must be expressed in EURO, all-inclusive and free of duties, taxes (for example VAT) and other charges. Therefore, the tenderer must include in its offer all the costs associated to providing the requested services.
