Please help us understand the minimum translation capacity per source language table on Specification file page 15. First row in that table states that if the EN language is source language, we have to ensure min translation capacity of 32 pages per day. What do you mean by that? That in whatever language combination (i.e en-it, en-et, en-pl) we have to ensure ability to translate 32 pages per every language pair? And if we consider that translator is able to translate 6 pages per day that means that we have to include 6 translators per language combination where the en is source language in order to qualify?

Please note that you must fill in the table 4.3.1 Qualification, experience and capacity of translation team, for each lot submitted, the daily capacity in standard pages, per source language, of each of the translators proposed. Please note that the minimum daily workload declared in Annex III must be in line with the daily capacity expressed per translator in point 4.3 of the Tender Submission Form.
