Do we need to provide CVs for all translators/revisers/PM and IT specialist, or only the signed Annex XI?

Tenderers should not send CVs of all translators/revisers/project manager and IT specialist with the tender. The documents to be submitted with the tender are exclusively set out under point 14 - Selection criteria of the specifications and point 4 - Content and presentation of tenders of the Invitation to Tender and Conditions for submitting a tender.
