Workload coordinators per thematic group
Question
We conclude from the different amount of proposals per thematic group that the workload for coordinators will vary according to thematic group. E.g. the evaluation of operating grants or the financial evaluation will not require the same amount of Coordinator person-days as the evaluation of action grant proposals. Can you therefore further specify the estimated person-days for coordinators per expert group, when and how long coordinators of each expert group have to be employed?

In your proposal, you should present your proposal for the amount of Coordinator's time that you will allocate to each group in order to respond to the technical requirements outlined in the tender documentation. Note that the tender documents include information on the number of applications received in the past for different components of the LIFE+ (pages 24 & 25).
