Question
The current minimum education requirement is: "holds a university degree in any subject following at least 3 years’ full time study; ...". In previous EU tenders (i.e. CASC17) translators with a Dutch HBO-degree (equivalent of/in line with a bachelor degree with a minimum of 4 years' full time study) were also permitted. Could you please advise if this alternative is also permitted for this contract?

The specifications of the call for tenders ref. TRA/EU19/2019 do not require minimum qualifications or professional experience for the named translators.
