Besides the Annexes specified on pg. 7 of the Invitation to Tender (Annexes IV, V, VI, VII, X and XI), what information is to be included in the Tender (bearing in mind that on pg. 7 of the Invitation to Tender, it is stated that the tender the description of quality assurance procedures, equipment and proof of qualifications of personnel are only to be provided upon request). Are Tenderers expected or encouraged to include in the Tender information such as company profile, organsation chart, experience, CVs of key personnel and quality certifications?

The only documents to be submitted as your tender are those set out in point 14 - Selection criteria of the specifications and point 4 - Content and presentation of tenders of the Invitation to Tender and Conditions for Submitting a Tender.
