Dear Sirs, Satellite Backup network connection & Mobile backup network connection - those two cost lines appear in the Financial Proposal template, as rows 70-71 in the Services Catalogue. Please advise if those two lines should be filled in the Financial Proposal as the Tender Specifications do not contain requirements for both solutions. If Yes - what technical requirements should eventually be taken into account. Thank You.
