Dear Sirs, as part of the evidence required to prove the tenderer's experience in providing databases to clients similar to the Agency (15.1 and 15.2 of the technical specifications), a list of 3 contracts from the past 3 years needs to be provided. As such contracts with tenderers may be covered by confidentiality, and tenderers may therefore be prohibited from discussing the details of specific customer subscriptions, would aggregated information be acceptable? As an example, the tenderer provides services to X% of the top Pharma companies, or similar. Would this suffice to prove the tenderer's experience? Thanks.

To comply with the requirements of point 15.1 and 15.2 of the technical specifications stating the tenderer provides services to X% of the top Pharma companies will not be sufficient. However, redacting the name of the company in the requested proof will be acceptable.
