Subject	Individuals and section 6.2.2 of the tender specifications
Question	I would like to apply for the Commission Tender ( SMART 2014/1071) as an individual. I would appreciate if you could confirm whether the financial conditions under Article 6.2.2 of the Tender Specifications ( namely "sufficient economic and financial capacity to guarantee continuous and satisfactory performance throughout the envisaged lifetime of the contract, but at minimum an annual turnover of half a million of Eur) apply also to individuals.
Answer	11/06/2014 The requirements set in the tendering documents, including section 6.2.2 of the Tender Specifications, apply to all Tenderers.
