QUESTION 1: Pg 33 section 5.2 - CTL and Team Members, section [171] 1st point:“Masters degree covered by the ESF-funds” as it is actually stated (meaning European Social Fund), or does it refer to CSF funds? As in section [175]. QUESTION 2: How strict are the page limitations set out in Page 53 of the Tender Requirements? Is there scope to provide further information in supplementary annexes?
30/05/2012
ANSWER 1: Paragraph [171] on page 33 of the tender specifications defines requirements to the country team leaders: In the first bullet point "ESF-funds" should be replaced by "CSF-Funds", i.e. the first bullet point should read "Masters degree or higher in a field covered by the CSF-Funds and/or climate change". Paragraph [175] on page 33 of the tender specifications defines requirements to the country team members: In the first bullet point "ESF-funds" should be replaced by "CSF-Funds", i.e. the first bullet point should read "Bachelor degree or higher in a field covered by the CSF-Funds and/or climate change". Paragraph [185] on page 35 of the tender specifications defines requirements to the remaining members of the quality assurance team: In the first bullet point "ESF-funds" should be replaced by "CSF-Funds", i.e. the first bullet point should read "Masters degree or higher in a field covered by the CSF-Funds". ANSWER 2: The technical offer shall adhere to the page limitations set out in Page 53 of the Tender Requirements; failure in this regard may lead to the tender being rejected as non-compliant with the requirements. Hence, there is no scope or possibility for providing further information in supplementary annexes.
