Can EMA provide an overview of the daily activities / services of all employees (9 heads), including hours spent for those activities / services?

The Agency is not in the position to give an overview of the duration for of the activities. It will be the responsibility of the successful tenderer to plan daily activities and rotas for all contractor’s staff. The description of services to be delivered under the contract and overview of tasks have been defined in the Section 3 of the Technical Specifications to this tender.
