Question
Would the EMA restrict the usage and the extracted content to their internal users only or will the access/extracted content be shared externally with third parties? If so can they explain the limits and in which conditions our content would be shared with third parties as well as the type of third parties we are talking about?”

The mission of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) is to foster scientific excellence in the evaluation and supervision of medicines, for the benefit of public and animal health in the European Union. To this end EMA collaborates within an international regulatory network, this includes national competent authorities in the Member States of the European Economic Area, the European Commission and other international organisations such as FDA and WHO with whom we have confidentiality arrangements. The usage of the data is mainly for internal use but there may be the need to share some of the information within the regulatory network as explained.
