Question
What is the exact purpose of the required internet connection? Is it to publish and retrieve content on the VoD library or for other (generic) purposes? In the former case, wouldn't it be a solution to make use of the dedicated connectivity to be supplied between the Berlaymont and the supplier facilities?

The internet connection it is not for publishing and retrieving content on the VoD library. It is for general purpose and its primary use will be for incoming and outgoing video streaming between our technical facilities and other parties through Internet.
