3.2.4 Professional capacity
Could be so kind to clarify, whether the translators have to meet any further criteria, than what is stated in the Specifications as "Profile 1" or "Profile 2", I.e. diploma - and there is no specific professional experience requirement for them? Could you also confirm, that for Translators only the following have to be included and will be assessed during evaluation: - signed CV as per given template (in copy or original) and - copy of diploma.

In response to your question, section 3.2.4 of the Tender specifications clearly states that “Each translator involved in the project must comply with the minimum level of qualification […]: […] Profile 1 […] or Profile 2 […].” Section 3.2.4 of the Tender specifications and section 4.4 of the Tender submission form also clearly mention the documentary evidence required for the qualifications of the translation team proposed to be taken into account: - the online form ‘Linguistic team’, duly completed in the Call for tenders portal for each lot submitted and printed out (section 4.4 of the Tender submission form); - the Curriculum Vitae signed (in original) and with all contact details, for each translator proposed (section 4.4.1 of the Tender submission form); - the photocopies of diplomas for each translator proposed (section 4.4.2 of the Tender submission form). As indicated in section 3.2.4 of the Tender specifications and section 4.4 of the Tender submission form, “It is in the tenderer’s interest to give as many details as possible in the curriculum vitae and supporting documents with regard to experience.”
