Costs of invited stakeholders for meetings
While we understand that we will be responsible for the T and S of our team, could you please clarify if the commission will contribute to costs for invited stakeholders? And what level of contribution will need to be included in our budget calculations.

As stated in page 21 of the Tender specifications, the contractor shall cover the travel and accommodation costs for a maximum of 25 persons per meeting, including the participating stakeholders. Offers should respect the maximum budget including fees, travel and all other costs. Travel and subsistence expenses including those for invited stakeholder should be part of the lump sum and will not be refunded separately. The Commission will not contribute to any costs.
