clarifications on submission of Annex I.F (resubmission)
Annual thresholds - previous reply indicates that the "thresholds are applied across all users (OK) on an annual basis (OK - CALENDAR OR ANNUAL CONTRACT ANNIVERSARY BASIS?) taking into account the volume of the previous contractual year" (FOCUS OF QUESTION - please clarify how these threshold listed as 'Annual' in Annex I.F table are understood and evaluated to a 'cumulative' basis - ; our understanding from reading the table's heading 'Annual Volume' is that the contracted amount counter is reset at each yearly anniversary (AS BEFORE, CALENDAR OR RENEWAL, in other words, RESET AT EACH ANNIVERSARY). Kindly advice.

Correct. The contractual amount counter will be reset at each yearly contractual anniversary (renewal).
