Is there a limit in costs concerning maintenance of the equipment not supported any longer by maintenace contracts?

There is no limit in the costs concerning maintenance, however as stated in the Tender Specifications for Lot I, point 2.4.3. Installation and maintenance, "Costs for the repair of all equipment which is no longer under warranty should be borne by the Contractor. If the repair costs are mutually agreed to be disproportionate to the current value of the equipment, the Commission may decide to make this equipment redundant and replace it."
