Question	If we are a new entity, do we have to present you now with the business plan? How does this work if we are supposed to deliver a separate and secret price proposal?
Answer	13/05/2019 All Tenderers must satisfy the selection criteria for the respective Lots as described in the Tender Specifications. The secrecy of all proposals is guaranteed by the electronic submission system e-Submission.
